Helpful staff providing excellent dining suggestions.
We faced significant noise from nearby bars every night. Despite the room's soundproofing, it was difficult to sleep due to the loud music playing until 3 AM. parking in the area proved to be a nightmare, as there are very few options nearby.

Employees were exceptionally nice and very pleasant!
The breakfast was delicious and enjoyable with fresh juice coffee and and all the food was fantastic! The hotel had a very central location very close to the main square in Lecce. The room felt more like a cathedral hall with high ceilings but lacked a cozy atmosphere. The jacuzzi was always on, resulting in a strong chlorine smell and disruptive noise. Finally, drying hand-washed clothes was a hassle with no suitable space to do so.
